The course explores how risks can be reduced or managed, how different approaches work together, and what to consider when residual risk remains.

Designed for planners, environmental officers, and other non‑engineers, this course translates complex flood information into clear, usable knowledge. Participants will leave better prepared to read, question, and apply flood data in everyday work, improving decision‑making across projects, policies, and community outcomes.
